My professional and academic career
I’m specialised in Labor Law and Sociology of Law.
I am a legal consultant at Be-Mi Business Services, a law firm of professionals specialised in the different areas of law.
My interest in labor law was born as a result of education in law and is based on educational and informational projects at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
Graduated with high distinction in Economics (thesis in Financial Mathematics) and in Law (thesis in Sociology of Law), I obtained the PhD in Legal Sciences at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
I have been collaborating with the law firm Legalilavoro of Milan since October 2010. I am specialised in litigations and extrajudicial processes in the fields of labor law and workers trade union law.
I am the author of several scientific publications, as well as the founder and leader of series of publications Hórisma published by Ledizioni in Milan.
In May 2012, I founded an informative and training project in the world of work “Window to the World of Work”, supported by the University of Milan-Bicocca. I am also their consultant.
Since June 2015, I have been conducting labor law training events for union managers.
