Fees and working method are key factors to choose a professional.

My meeting with the customer has three characteristics:

• Efficiency, because your time is important;
• Transparency, because you will decide;
• Honesty, because you will be provided with a clear and complete cost estimation.

The first appointment with the client is free, if we will continue collaboration about requested question, otherwise the cost of the meeting is 100.00 euros.

During the first appointment, I will give you an oral opinion on a legal issue and present you possible legal solutions, indicating benefits, risks and costs.

Fees and working method will be specified in a professional cooperation agreement, that is, a contract between the Customer and the Specialist, which will clearly regulate economic agreement on legal assistance.

The professional cooperation agreement is always preceded with written, clear and complete cost estimation.

The customer is not obliged to start professional cooperation. The meeting can be aimed only to clarify the regulation of a specific situation.

The costs of a lawsuit may be reimbursed by the other part if the  result is positive, and therefore, the client may receive compensation for the paid fees.

I also speak English and French. At the request of the Customer, it is  possible to be accompanied by Russian or Chinese Interpreter.
